(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Salt Lake City, UT. • Provide professional planning, environmental, engineering, architectural, and coordination services. • Provide resident project representative to monitor and document construction progress, confirm conformance with schedules, plans and specifications, measure and document construction pay quantities, etc.• Perform necessary surveys and geotechnical investigations as required for design.• Develop conceptual tower and base building layouts.• Conduct preconstruction conference.• Develop cost estimates and construction phasing.• Prepare architectural and engineering design documents. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
