CONS-22050 - USA (Hanover, Maryland) - Roofing Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs Service - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide roofing inspection, maintenance and repairs service to the government authority located in Hanover, MD.• Provide roofing systems and gutter inspections and preventative maintenance, as well as repairs and replacements if and as needed to ensure a safe and functional facility.• The Contractor shall conduct a comprehensive examination and inspection of all roof components twice per year (once in spring and once in autumn) in accordance with the following list (this is not an exhaustive list):i. Field membranes or panels1. Field Membranes or panels shall be checked for Physical damage, unusual weathering, dislocated components, surface irregularities, cleanliness, and general appearance.ii. Penetration and perimeter flashing provisions1. Penetration and perimeter flashings shall be checked for holes, tears, or other discontinuities, loose, buckled, or damaged membrane; proper interface of the flashings to other materials; proper, positive, securement of the flashing (terminations); failure of sealants around roof penetrations, vents, HVAC units, antennas, etc.• Must note on low slope roofs any watermarks, stained surfaces, or other indicators of ponding water(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026
