CLEANING-13062 - USA (North Charleston, South Carolina) - Coil Cleaning Service - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide coil cleaning service to the government authority located in North Charleston, SC.• Maintain all applicable licenses and certifications required to perform HVAC coil cleaning services.• Possess a valid business license to operate in the State of South Carolina.• Employ technicians certified by agency with a minimum of four (4) years of documented experience in coil cleaning.• Demonstrate experience servicing agency systems in coastal environments.• Provide a dedicated Account Representative located in the agency with a minimum of five (5) years of direct supervisory experience over field technicians.• Maintain sufficient staffing levels to meet all service schedules and response times.• Assign dedicated personnel to agency and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet contract demands.• Perform all work in–house; subcontracting is strictly prohibited.– Coil Cleaning Procedures– The vendor shall:• Clean all evaporator and condenser coils in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.• Clean large rooftop units using high–volume, low–pressure water (40–90 GPM).• Clean indoor air handling units using an approved no–rinse alkaline coil cleaner.• Take all precautions to protect surrounding equipment and facility components during cleaning(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026
