(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administration service for workers' compensation claims. • Investigation.• Claim settlement administration.• Establishment/closure/maintenance of all assigned files.• Providing access to network of medical providers.• Re–pricing bills.• Mailing checks or making electronic payments to providers, with explanation of benefits form• Collaborate with company nurse regarding disposition of claims• Provide necessary secure technology and online services which allow access to claimant's files, adjuster notes, billing, etc.• Provide pharmacy services for injured workers at a discounted price with online access to claimant's files, billed and discounted pricing.• Provide medical case management for injured workers as needed
