(1) Vendor needs to provide food services to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA.• Operating the food service program in an ethical and humane manner with respect to the rights of those provided food services.• Providing daily food service to include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at both facilities.• Developing and implementing a food service plan with clear objectives, policies, and procedures.• Operating a kitchen using only properly licensed, certified, and permitted food service professionals.• Maintaining an open and cooperative relationship with the administration and staff of both locations.• Providing food for correctional staff by contractor staff in a separate kitchen(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
