Vendor needs to provide accountant and project attorney service to the government authority located in Hinton, WVs. • Services Requested:– Accountant: The accountant will provide the accounting services necessary to prepare the Rule 42 Exhibit and assist with the application, in addition to any other financial services related to the project.– Project Attorney: The project attorney will provide general legal services, including assist with the application, title work as necessary to obtain construction rights–of–way and parcels, and review of all contract and related documents as necessary.–Attorney: The attorney will provide legal representation to the Public Service Commission (PSC) of state, including preparation and filing of required applications and documents, representation in PSC proceedings, and obtaining a Certificate of Convenience, as necessary.
