(1) Vendor needs to provide international business attraction representative services for the United Kingdom.– Contact key persons and decision makers in UK companies to discuss the advantages of locating their U.S. operations in county. – Major target sectors for county include quantum, defense, biotech, aerospace, AI, telecommunications, software development, information technology and cybersecurity– Consultant will also coordinate business development meetings for agency staff for up to three (3) trips annually and plan and organize up to two (2) UK–based events per year. – Consultant will also arrange interviews with the UK media, speaking opportunities, and other public relations events to increase the awareness of Fairfax County(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
