(1) Vendor needs to provide facility scrap and recycling services to the government authority located in Dayton, OH. • The contractor shall furnish its own vehicle(s), with a minimum size of a 26–foot box truck or similar vehicle, to report on–premises at each site, load scrap materials directly, and transport them off–site for recycling or disposal.• The contractor shall achieve the removal, recycling, and disposal of scrap materials.• Scrap collection completed within required response times• Freight and transportation of materials to authorized recycling/disposal facilities• Recycling processing performed by authorized and licensed recyclers(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
