(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment psychological assessments consultant services to the government authority located in Juneau, AK.– Psychological assessment battery relevant to the purpose of the evaluation using instruments with documented reliability, validity, and other empirical evidence supporting use with public safety applicants. – Must assess whether a candidate is free from psychological impairment that could adversely affect safety–based duties and whether the person can withstand the psychological demands of the position. – Personality traits, behaviours, and characteristics relevant to job performance may be considered, including judgment, stress resilience, anger management, integrity, conscientiousness, teamwork, and social competence. – Comprehensive evaluation process and clinical methodology. Include specifics on your assessment tools or developed processes for providing thorough clinical interviews, and robust reviews of personal history. – Demonstrate and define you and your firm’s knowledge of standards and ethics regarding pre–employment psychological screening.
