(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager services to the government authority located in Maryland.– The work to be performed may include, but will not be limited to, the following: – Preconstruction services – Construction of five–story building – Mechanical and plumbing work as necessary; – Electrical work as necessary; – Waterproofing and fireproofing; – Interior finishes; – Landscaping. (2) The contract period will be for four years.
