RFQ - Stewardship On-Call Biological Services

The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) manages approximately 127,000 acres of parkland in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. The Park District is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to provide biological services related to permit compliance before, during, and after, project implementation. Key tasks include biomonitoring services during construction projects with agency-approved, qualified biologists and monitors; preconstruction surveys for nesting birds and special-status and sensitive plants and animals; and post-construction monitoring. The scope of anticipated surveys is further discussed below in Section II.
