(1) Vendor needs to provide next–generation game management system.• Data Protection, Security & Compliance– Data hosting location, sub–processors, data residency, and cross–border transfer arrangements. – Access controls, role–based permissions, authentication, SSO, audit logging, and administrator controls. – Encryption at rest and in transit, backup processes, disaster recovery, resilience, and business continuity arrangements. – Incident response processes, breach notification timelines, vulnerability management, and penetration testing approach. • Implementation, Migration & Support– Suppliers must set out a realistic implementation approach that reflects the complexity of migrating from legacy systems, supporting volunteers and administrators, and ensuring continuity across the netball ecosystem– The proposal should describe governance, project controls, stakeholder engagement, data migration, testing, training, communications, and post–launch support.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
