(1) Vendor needs to provide intranet modernization services.– Provide discovery, planning, design, configuration, content migration, workflow development, testing, training, deployment, documentation, and post–implementation support services.– Upgrade and modernize the current Intranet to improve internal communication, streamline access to resources, enable role–based content delivery.– Modernize the current intranet into a centralized, user–friendly front door for staff communication, division content, and resources, built on the city’s m365 and SharePoint platform.– Establish a centralized homepage and division hubs with intuitive navigation, enterprise search, metadata, and role–based content delivery.– Use native SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 capabilities wherever practical.– Provide publishing workflows, permissions, analytics, and Microsoft 365 integrations.– Include content inventory, cleanup, migration, validation, and governance.– Include a pilot, testing, training, documentation, deployment, stabilization, support, and knowledge transfer.– Develop and validate business, functional, technical, security, accessibility, and operational requirements.– Develop a content migration plan, mapping, schedule, validation process, and rollback approach.– Standardized page templates, content types, metadata, taxonomy, and document–library structures.– Migrate approved content while preserving applicable metadata, ownership, permissions, and retention requirements.– Content creation, review, approval, publication, archival, and removal processes.– Branding, design, accessibility, metadata, and content–quality standards.– Provide usage analytics for page views, search activity, content engagement, failed searches, and other agreed performance measures.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
