The City of Anaheim, Department Name , (hereinafter referred to as City) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Project Title . The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the City and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the City Master Agreement Terms & Conditions , conditions and scope of work.
