This document is a Request for Proposal for vendors to accurately price a replacement for The Urbana Free Library’s current security camera system, storage for video footage generated by the security camera system, upgrade of the Library’s proxy card access server, possible proxy card access terminal replacements, and possible integrations of the two systems with each other. The Urbana Free Library (TUFL) is comparing its options based on price, features, implementation approach, and ongoing support capabilities and costs.
