(1) Vendor needs to provide rural land re–appraisal service to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA. • Developing land values for small and large rural land tracts• Review sales to determine timber values• Review sales for other non–land value items• Develop a small acre break• Classify small tracts according to accessibility and desirability• Classify large acre tracts as open land, woodland and ponds• Develop accessibility/desirability schedule that contains adjustments for size, location, and characteristics• Determine the absorption rate for large tracts where insufficient sales exist• Provide narrative descriptions of all land schedules and their components• Generate sales ratio studies for all property types(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
