Vendor needs to provide professional consultant services to the government authority located in Dover, DE.• Assist staff members in analysing various stakeholder positions and drafting comments.• Assist staff and staff legal counsel in any filings related to wholesale electricity issues which may impact state.• Assist staff in working with state–level electric distribution companies regarding electric transmission planning and implementing orders.• Attend the spring and annual meetings either in–person or virtually.• Attend commission meetings as requested by the executive director or designated commissioner.• Provide education as requested by the executive director or designated commissioner.• Vendor must be available for ad–hoc conference calls as requested by the executive director or designated commissioner.
