(1) Vendor needs to provide to the government authority located in Littleton, MA.• The Trust is seeking a developer to design, permit, construct and/or rehabilitate, and operate a maximum of 32 bedrooms of affordable rental housing units or construct 35 bedrooms of affordable rental housing if the house is demolished and not replaced.• The development should be designed for a variety of households (individuals of all ages, families with children, people with disabilities) and reflect a mix of affordability levels.• Building Design and Aesthetics– The architecture of the development should reflect and be compatible with the existing architecture and style of the Littleton community.– The goal is for the development to look like it belongs in with the surrounding architectural vernacular of agency.– The agency Affordable Housing Trust Fund encourages the following:– Buildings shall not be more than 3 stories– Native landscaping in keeping with Littleton’s character– Outdoor common and recreation areas– Ample storage for residents– Bicycle storage racks– Onsite laundry facilities– Areas for outdoor trash and recycling receptacles– Sensitivity to neighborhood and adjacent properties(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
