EQU-19171 - USA (Gilroy, California) - Campus-Wide Technology and Audiovisual Upgrades - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus–wide technology and audiovisual upgrades to the government authority located in Gilroy, CA. – Provide end–to–end services, including but not limited to:A. Assessment & Planning• Evaluate existing campus–wide technology infrastructure• Identify gaps across instructional and specialty spaces• Develop standard technology “kits” for different room typesB. Design & Engineering• Develop AV and technology system designs for:o Standard classroomso large lecture roomso Nursing simulation labs (high–fidelity AV capture, recording, playback)o Early Learning Center (age–appropriate, secure systems)• Ensure compatibility with District IT infrastructure• Provide scalable and repeatable design standardsC. Equipment Procurement• Provide all required equipment, including:o Displays (large format monitors, projectors)o Cameras (PTZ, tracking systems)o Audio systems (DSPs, microphones, speakers)o Control systems (touch panels, processors)o Collaboration tools (wireless presentation, soft codec PCs)D. Installation & Integration• Install and configure all systems• Coordinate with:o District ITo Contractorso Project Managers• Ensure all systems are fully operational and testedE. Programming & User Interface• Develop standardized, intuitive control interfaces• Ensure ease of use for instructors and staff• Support hybrid teaching platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 14, 2026.
