Interior Renovations to Western Branch Middle School

The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Auditorium 200: Included in the complete renovation of the Auditorium are the replacement of flooring, seating, stage curtains, borders and rear curtains, valences, stage lighting, wall finishes, part of the hard ceiling, HVAC, and lighting equipment. In addition, there will be extensive acoustical renovation including wall panels, ceiling absorbers / diffusers, and acoustical panels. Sound equipment, and all audio-video equipment will be Owner Furnished / Owner Installed by Owner’s AV. 2. Toilet Rooms 712, 714, 716, 718, 720, and 722 are to be completely renovated, including all partitions, finishes, fixtures, accessories, HVAC, and lighting. 3. Science Classrooms 18, 22, and 24 are to be completely renovated, including all casework, finishes, fixtures, accessories, HVAC, and lighting. 4. Hazmat abatement allowances are included in the construction costs.
