(1) Vendor needs to provide financial management and business support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Assistance for accounting support and consulting services to improve its federal financial management and accounting processes and overall financial posture.– General accounting support– Support tracking, verifying, and financial reporting on funds, commitments, obligations, costs and disbursements.– Assist in coordinating policy and process documentation, review and configuration control.– Assistance with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating technical objectives of the treasury’s fiscal budgeting function and performance.– Provide oversight, maintenance and documentation of the data repository strategically aligned to performance information including measures, targets, historical results, data sources and definitions.– Support treasury and components to meet any short–term needs to perform operational requirements and to enable the expansion of financial management analytic capacity.– Financial analysis.– Collect, review, and analyze treasury and component’s financial and performance data using various financial analysis systems and methods to provide expressive comparisons between the historic and current financial position.– Develop solutions to deal with identified problems.– Cost accounting.– Accounting policies and standard operating procedures.– Auditing and compliance support.– Support for treasury’s payment integrity program.– Transition support services.
