(1) Vendor needs to provide managed internet access services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Wide area network (WAN) site to site communications services.– The internet connection will have a static contiguous /24 public address space assigned to it.– Provide and install all necessary equipment at or near the location of the library’s existing Cisco routers and provide any cabling, connections, and/or power extensions to make the connection to the equipment, regardless of the location of the demarc.– The Vendor must supply telephone support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.– Provide pricing for increasing the internet connection speed independently in increments of 500 Mb/s up to 10 Gb/s additional bandwidth.– Provide a diagram depicting the proposed connection to and the connections and peering arrangements to the internet backbone and tier 1 Internet service providers from Vendor’s local facility.– The diagram must show the speed of all links depicted.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
