(1) Vendor needs to provide full matrix message boards services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.• Panel size at least 120 inches x 72 inches; not to exceed 138 inches x 76 inches.• Minimum three programmable message pages with sequencing capability.• Weather–resistant, lockable on–board controller.• Vandal–resistant battery enclosure.• Message scheduling capability.• Onboard 115–volt AC battery charger with a minimum 45–amp output.• Remote communications access to message board via phone and computer.• Hydraulic lift operation for raising the message board.• GPS tracking capability.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 21, 2026.
