(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle fusion cloud human capital management module implementation services.– Oracle implementation partner to configure, implement, optimize, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management modules.– Includes Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Onboarding, Oracle Learning, and Oracle Performance Management, together with related reporting, analytics, security, workflows, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, change management, and post–go–live support.• Review current Oracle Fusion environment, configuration, and HR forms, workflows, reports, interfaces, data sources, roles, and processes.• Implement approved job board, background–check vendor integration, assessment, and other recruiting integrations.• Support evaluations, history, completion, external records, compliance dashboards, administrator roles, self–service, third–party content, and onboarding assignments.• Design HR, recruiting, hiring manager, learning, performance, manager, employee, reporting, support, and privileged roles.• Provide plans, scripts, expected results, test data, entry and exit criteria, traceable results, defect tracking, retesting, status, and final completion report.• Provide role–based administrator, HR, IT, Payroll, manager, employee, reporting, and support training as applicable.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 08, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
