(1) Vendor needs to provide fire promotional exams service to the government authority located in Elk Grove, CA. – The proposer must have a proven history of developing examination plans designed to provide fair and efficient selection for a given rank.– To establish a working relationship with a consultant that can develop and administer assessment centers and written examination portions of the next promotional exams, to be completed.– Written examination development and administration.– Practical examination development and administration.– Evaluator recruitment and training.– Candidate ranking, feedback, and appeals.– Historical candidate participation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
