(1) Vendor needs to provide claims administrator services.• Provide claims management, supervision and adjusting services for excess general liability, including police professional, auto liability and workers’ compensation claims which represent a potential liability to the fund, and may require payment from the fund because claim may exceed the self–insured retention limit of an affiliated commission or county or meets the fund claim reporting requirements.• The claims management system must provide a historical claims database with remote access by valuation date and current claim information.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
