(1) Vendor needs to provide trustee services to the government authority located in Virginia.• This requested scope of services is intended to be for the bonds, which comprise a total aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1 billion, plus an additional amount for the payment of issuance cost, reserve funds, etc.• The offeror will provide all ordinary, reasonable and necessary trustee, paying agent and registrar services for the Bonds, including establishment of some or all funds as defined within the indenture.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
