(1) Vendor needs to provide professional planning services to the government authority located in Fountain, CO. • Review of development applications, site plans, subdivisions, variances, special use permits, and other related applications. • Coordination and assistance throughout development review processes and with applicants.• Review commercial site plans and provide staff updates.• Provide email updates to city staff and stakeholders on project status. • Research on land use regulations and best practices and assist drafting zoning code amendments.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
