(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based and mobile–enabled online ordering platform.– Provide an online ordering platform and reliable delivery services for meals and beverages from participating restaurants, caterers, grocery providers, and other food vendors for official business purposes.– Provide a secure web–based and mobile–enabled ordering platform.– Provide access to a broad network of participating restaurants, caterers, grocery providers, and other food vendors.– Support individual and group orders for meetings, training events, conferences, and day–to–day business operations.– Facilitate scheduled and on–demand deliveries to NeighborWorks America locations.– Provide real–time order tracking, delivery notifications, electronic receipts, and order history.– Support corporate account administration, including authorized users, approval workflows, spending controls, and cost allocation.– Provide consolidated invoicing and detailed transaction reporting.– Provide responsive customer support for order issues, cancellations, refunds, and delivery exceptions.– Maintain the integrity and timely delivery of orders from participating vendors to designated delivery locations.– Ensure the ordering platform is secure, reliable, and available during normal business operations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
