(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage and consulting services for the marketing and placement of its consolidated insurance program and other insurance–related services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.1. Develop underwriting and marketing strategies to competitively secure the best coverages at the most reasonable cost using retention, contractual transfer, or other risk financing techniques consistent with the Authority’s instructions.2. Identify viable insurance markets for the Authority’s program and present insurers proposals for the Authority’s consideration.3. Review planning report and marketing plan with the Authority prior to approaching insurers.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
