INSU-6647 - USA (New Haven, Connecticut) - Benefits Broker Service - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits broker service to the government authority located in New Haven, CT. – Benefits broker to develop a customized employee benefits plan (including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, LTD, and EAP services) to meet the needs of employees. • Participate in planning meeting with agency’s leadership team to discuss benefits program goals and strategies.• Review and negotiate with benefit providers on matters such as premium rates, benefit levels, contractual terms and conditions.• Review and prepare an analysis of all reports submitted by plan providers and make recommendations.• Recommend cost containment strategies.• Assist in implementing contracts with selected health and welfare providers.• Provide access to employee wellness plans and offer rewards and cost control measures centered around wellness.• Deliver metrics utilization and performance reports, statistical and/or financial reports and plan specific data.• Assist with overall plan administration including enrolment, onboarding, automation and billing reconciliation.• Host annual open–enrollment information/education sessions and/or provide recordings for employees to view. • Offer comprehensive levels of employee support.• Provide dedicated staff to provide high–quality customer service to employees, retirees and dependents covered under the plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
