(1) Vendor needs to provide transit–oriented development services to the government authority located in Milpitas, CA.– Create a high–quality transit–oriented development.– Increase transit ridership and accessibility by improving station visibility, pedestrian and bike safety, wayfinding, and circulation. – Develop a vibrant, high–quality, transit–oriented community with outstanding urban design, active public spaces, and a mid–rise or taller development that takes full advantage of the site's strategic transit center location. – Maximize residential density while delivering a mix of affordable housing units serving a range of income levels. – Enhance inclusivity through universal design principles and community engagement in planning and development. – Optimize transit use and accessibility and reduce vehicle miles traveled through transportation demand management (TDM) features. – Incorporate resilient, green building design that supports long–term environmental performance and advance progress toward net–zero energy and carbon goals. – Provide workforce development opportunities, including construction apprenticeships to support local career pathways. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
