Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Lahaina, HI.– Empty and clean waste baskets– Dust horizontal surfaces of desks, files, tables and clean glass desktops and reception counter. – Sweep and dust entire floor area once a week.– Thoroughly vacuum full carpeted area once a week.– Spot clean to remove all stains from carpeted areas.– Clean wash basins and mirror and replenish paper towels, soap in dispensers and toilet tissue as needed.– Empty all trash receptacles and services dispensers, wipe clean and replace in proper location.– Clean interior and exterior of urinals and water closets, including both surfaces of toilet seats; remove rings, stains, etc.; disinfect and wipe.– Clean wash basins; remove stains; disinfect and damp wipe.– Polish all chrome and stainless–steel fixtures and dispensers once a week; clean and wipe remaining two days.– Service and replenish all dispensers.– Clean all mirrors.
