(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–objective optimization sustainable harvest calculation services to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.– Management actions dictated by the operating environment will be provided as well as additional resilience treatments for use in the optimization modeling exercise.– Adaptive capacity: ability to gradually adapt to biophysical conditions, maintaining a forest ecosystem over the long term.– Ecological functions: processes that maintain the system that operates within the historical and future range of variation.– Landowner objectives: ecosystem services, timber production, plans, regulations and etc. Varied and dependent upon systems of values developed by each landowner.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
