(1) Vendor needs to provide IT managed services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. – A technology partner to assess our current IT environment, evaluate and resolve immediatetechnology equipment needs, and develop an ongoing management and sustainability plan to ensure the health of equipment and to proactively manage the current and potential cyber security threats to the digital workplace.– Provide recommendations to improve cyber security and data protection policy and procedures, including software recommendations if needed.– Review coworking facility WiFi, firewall, and internet reliability across the facility and submit recommendations for staff, coworking facility, and guest usage.– Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plan that includes routinely creating backup files for data based on best practices and an emergency recovery approach based on organization’s size and budget.– Provide ad hoc IT support and troubleshooting for staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
