(1) Vendor needs to provide market demand and construction cost feasibility study service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, NC. – An independent market demand and construction cost feasibility study for a potential farmers market facility tentatively referred to as the agency market.– a university–anchored farmers market that could support local farmers, improve access to fresh food, create opportunities for students, and contribute to regional economic development.– Whether sufficient market demand exists to justify a farmers market facility, and what a right–sized facility would cost to build, potentially through phases.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
