(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical services mobile application.– Mobile applications are available on both iOS and Android app stores with functionality that works offline, including intelligent search. – Mobile applications will be able to perform on any device that is able to run the current version of either iOS or Android, including intelligent search. – Mobile applications intelligent search should answer questions regardless of how the query is phrased, with answers pre–approved by the organization's clinical content owner and not probabilistically constructed at the time of query. – Customer support for all medics and commands through app chat and email. – Intelligent search will be able to handle conflicting guidelines and prioritize answers based on user determined prioritization.
