(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health peer patient representatives services will recruit, hire, and supervise peer support providers to serve as patient representatives to individuals under the custody of the state in the designated hospitals to the government authority located in Waterbury, VT.– Attend treatment planning and treatment team meetings, if requested by the individual, to advocate alongside them and encourage self–advocacy skills;– Visit facilities in a designated area at an agreed upon time each week, and thereafter by appointment at the request of individuals approved in advance by the facility.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
