Description
The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is seeking qualified proposers who will conduct the installation of Open Source Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measure (ATSPM) software. Qualified proposers will also spearhead development of custom dashboards and metrics focused on multimodal users, technology recommendations and acceptance testing as well as conducting training for City PBOT staff.
