(1) Vendor needs to provide auditor services to the government authority located in Passaic, NJ.– Annual Financial Audit for the fiscal year ending 12/31/26.– To retain and employ a duly qualified independent public auditor in order to audit the books and accounts of the agency.– The audit performed should be sufficient in scope to enable the auditor to express an opinion on whether the financial statements fairly present the financial position of the agency and are free of material misstatements. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
