Description

The City of Pasadena ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants, including firms or teams of firms, to develop a Strategic Broadband Plan. It is the intent of the City to contract for said assessment, planning, design, and cost estimation services from a qualified consulting firm that can deliver the plan with all required elements captured. The City will also be looking for innovative financing approaches, including but not limited to, public-private partnerships, in-kind resource swaps, grant acquisition assistance, or other recommendations that consider the City’s limited budget capacity.
