The Economic Development and Housing Department (EDH) is requesting proposals from consulting firms interested and capable of providing consulting services to assist the City with preparation and submittal of its 5-year Consolidated Plan (FY2021-2026) and Annual Action Plan (FY2021-2022) pursuant to 24 CFR Part 91, per the IDIS Consolidated Plan Template and update the City’s Citizen Participation Plan in order to meet the regulatory requirements of the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
