(1) Vendor needs to provide property inspection and work plan development service to the government authority located in Greeley, CO. • Collect tenant and homeowner phone number and email address information.• Identify on–site utilities, existing water service alignment & material, existing irrigation system infrastructure, and other key features of the property that could affect the alignment of the new water service and associated construction.• Identify internal features of property related to interior connection point options.• Record property inspection findings in City provided Survey123 form.• The contractor shall propose an alignment for the new service line, including the proposed location for the new curb stop and meter pit.• The contractor shall determine whether the proposed new alignment should be constructed with an interior connection (i.e., to the first fitting in the house) or whether the proposed new alignment should be constructed with an exterior connection to the existing service line• The contractor will outline proper abandonment procedures for interior connection points that maintain internal plumbing and irrigation services.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
