EXTRA-73742 - USA (Santa Clara, California) - Stadium Facility Condition Assessment Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide stadium facility condition assessment services to the government authority located in Santa Clara, CA.– Facility condition assessment is to observe and report on the physical condition of the stadium’s existing buildings, structures, systems, and supporting infrastructure. – This work shall include review of available documentation, coordination with stadium authority and stadium manager staff, and performance of a comprehensive walk–through assessment of the facility.– Consultant shall prepare a report that includes system condition findings, identification of deficiencies, estimates of remaining useful life, prioritization of recommended corrective actions, and planning–level opinions of probable cost to address repair, replacement, rehabilitation, modernization, capital renewal, and facility preservation needs.– Consultant shall evaluate the condition of stadium assets and develop a prioritized capital improvement program to support a planning horizon.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
