(1) Vendor needs to provide executive branding partner service for regional bike.– Provide partnership represents a high–visibility opportunity to align with one of the most recognizable and equity–driven mobility programs, integrating the selected partner’s brand across physical assets, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.– Bike share system, operating across the more than 100 stations, 600 bicycles, kiosks, mobile application, dedicated website, and a comprehensive marketing and community outreach footprint across six counties.– Exclusive system branding partner, with its name and identity incorporated into the official system name, visual identity, and all public–facing materials.– Title partnership and system identity:– Creation and use of a sponsor composite logo across all program assets.– Physical branding – bicycles:– Bicycle paint color aligned with sponsor brand.– Downtube, chain stay, lockbox, basket (interior and exterior), and skirt guard placements.– Physical branding – stations and kiosks:– Rack branding.– Sign panels.– Marketing and community engagement:– Inclusion in annual marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and efforts.– Integration into program community outreach and bike safety initiatives.– Digital and technology assets:– System website (design, exposure, content, homepage takeovers).– Member communications (emails, newsletters, registration confirmations).– Social media channels (incl. CDTA accounts and influencer campaigns).– Transition and rebranding requirements:– Ensure continuity of operations and cohesive rider experience, any proposer not the current system branding partner must include a detailed transition, rebranding plan and timeline.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
