Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide broker and benefits consultant service to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT. – Provide designing, maintaining, or modifying current or future employee insurance plans and benefit programs (i.e., Health, Dental, Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Insurance, Long–term disability, Employee Assistance Program, COBRA administration, etc.).– Analyze utilization trends and associated costs to identify areas for improvement and potential savings.– Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations regarding contract renewals, emphasizing strategic decision–making.– Develop strategies to reduce overall healthcare costs, going beyond mere renewal management.– Comprehensive analysis and recommendations regarding the possibility of self–funding versus fully insured or level funded options.– Review plan documents to ensure compliance with appropriate laws and regulations and notify of any necessary plan document amendments.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
