(1) Vendor needs to provide housing custodial services to the government authority located in Florida Gulf, FL.• provide Housing and Residential Life Custodial Services.• providing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and cleaning supplies required to deliver comprehensive custodial services• These services encompass the full range of customary and common areas within residential facilities.• Covered spaces include, but are not limited to, building exteriors and perimeters, entranceways, lobbies, stairwells, breezeways, offices, corridors, restrooms, elevators, trash collection areas (interior and exterior), boardwalks, shoreline areas, gliders, grills, laundry rooms, pool decks, golf carts, storage rooms, closets, conference rooms, and student housing apartments and rooms• The Contractor must ensure that all designated areas are maintained to the standards prescribed by agency, supporting a clean, safe, and well–kept environment for students, staff, and visitors.(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
