Electrical Supplies-City Wide

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide electric supplies on an as needed basis to all City departments. Pricing will be based on a discount from list per manufacture represented. The initial term of the agreement is three (3) years from date of contract execution, and may, by mutual agreement of the parties, be renewed for a period not to exceed the initial contract term by mutual agreement and, if needed, six months, (180days) beyond the expiration date of the current contract period. The City reserves the right to award the Agreement on a lump-sum, individual item basis, or such combination as shall best serve the interest of the City unless otherwise specified. It is preferred that the vendor's warehouse and/or distribution center to be located within thirty (30) miles from the boundary of either the City of St. Petersburg, Florida and/or its remote facility, the COSME Water Treatment Plant in Odessa, Florida.
