Description

Celem jest zakup, dostawa, wdrożenie infrastruktury informatycznej niezbędnej do uruchomienia e-usług wraz z udostępnieniem nowych. Jednocześnie podniesienie istniejących e-usług publicznych do poziomu piątego który umożliwi pełną integrację wszystkich usług funkcjonujących w urzędzie. W związku z powyższym niezbędna jest rozbudowa infrastruktury informatycznej istniejącej w Starostwie Powiatowym w Bieruniu oraz instalacja nowej infrastruktury w jednostkach organizacyjnych powiatu. Nowa infrastruktura informatyczna wraz z nowym oprogramowaniem oraz nowymi e-usługami zapewni pełną komunikację Urzędu z J.O. wraz z wymianą niezbędnych danych. Nowe oprogramowanie, sprzęt oraz podniesienie kompetencji pracowników zapewni najwyższy poziom bezpieczeństwa danych dla urzędu oraz zapewni bezpieczeństwo świadczonych e-usług.
