(1) Vendor needs to provide energy advisory and management services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Provide renewable energy advisory services to include assessment of the current renewable energy market and trends, analysis of renewable energy incentives.– Provide market expertise, information and recommendations throughout the energy procurement process including pricing components.– This will be done through an analysis of the prior twelve–month’s usage/ancillary pricing for theaccounts (assuming this information is available). – The Contractor shall provide information regarding the best time to hold the procurement based on the Government’s specified timelines and favourable market conditions for every procurement.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
